With 70 executives on our roster, and the need to hire more, we decided to knock down some walls and add an extra 1,200 square feet of space. In the process of designing our ideal workplace, we wanted to make sure there were plenty of offices for our managers and quiet spaces for collaboration. There will also be video games, a lounge, and a pool table. We wanted to make sure our fun culture didn’t get lost in our new, huge headquarters. Relaxation and personal connections are as vital as work ethic and good data.
