Training and coaching are two pursuits we spend a lot of time on at the Synergy Management office. We know that the success of our company depends on the well-being of our team members. By helping them become their best selves, we ensure our business is powered by motivated and knowledgeable professionals.

We go beyond basic job skills and provide leadership training in such areas as public speaking, goal setting, and networking. It’s our mission to make sure our event managers are prepared for the roles they want to fill in the future – not just the ones they occupy now.

We also take these lessons and apply them by attending national conferences and cross-training at satellite offices. This gives us chances to expand our networks with people from all across the country, and even address audiences to share our expertise.

Qualifying for Synergy Management trips highlights our goal-setting process. We teach people how to use the SMART acronym – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-sensitive – when they set personal goals. That’s the same format we use to set guidelines for travel opportunities: what exactly needs to be accomplished, how success is measured, why the trip matters, and by when the work needs to be done.
